Privacy policy

We may collect business and contact information, inquiry details, preliminary merchant-application information, consent records, and support information. Statement reviews may include a privately uploaded merchant statement. This site is not designed to collect Social Security numbers, full bank or routing numbers, payment-card numbers, CVV, government ID numbers, identity documents, or tax returns.

Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate merchant needs, coordinate provider and product discussions, support onboarding, deliver requested communications, maintain security, and document consent. Sensitive documents are not sent to analytics or used to train AI models without separate explicit consent.

Allowed files are validated and stored in private object storage when configured. Access is authorized, time-limited where applicable, and logged. The configured retention period is 30 days, subject to owner confirmation and applicable obligations.

Analytics is configurable and must exclude form contents, statements, application data, financial documents, support attachments, merchant notes, and sensitive personal data. A cookie notice and consent mechanism should be activated when non-essential tracking is enabled.

Privacy, contact, electronic communication, and optional SMS consent are separate. Optional consent is not preselected. SMS programs must support STOP and HELP through the selected provider.

Records are retained only as long as needed for the stated purpose, security, legal obligations, and configured policy. Requests to access, correct, delete, or update contact preferences may be submitted through the contact page. The privacy contact address requires owner confirmation before launch.

Applicable processors, email, SMS, scheduling, storage, analytics, and CRM providers handle data under their own terms and configured responsibilities. Final provider identities will be disclosed when confirmed.
